The Chilean rancheras are very well known in their own country (Chile), because it’s a combination of Mexican traditions with Chilean rural and folk influences.They became popular in the mid-20th century(1940-1950), resonating with working-class communities and rural areas. These songs, often focused on themes of love, heartbreak, and daily struggles, deeply connect with people's emotions and experiences.
In Chile, rancheras are frequently performed at festivals, family gatherings/celebrations and traditional gatherings. The instruments that are commonly used in this kind of music are: the guitar, the accordion, trumpets, güiro, piano keyboard, drums. Some well known bands are:

Made by Jaime Aravena, he started singing and playing being a soloist as a hobby, he usually works with wheat.
He played in some events, and realized he likes to be appreciated by the public he played for, he gathered some friends, his nephew and his son who is currently now the second vocalist in the group.

They've been playing for more than 15 years, releasing the first album in 2011 named "Mujer Traicionera"
With the years they've managed to win over 16 prizes with those being 7 Golden Disc - 4 Platinum Disc - 4 Double Platinum Disc and a Golden Cassette.
The usually plays with a Keyboard, a Güiro, Timbal and their voices.
The Rancheros of Rio Maule have uploaded 15 discs at the moment dreaming of releasing 20+ discs.
